The high Mediterranean cuisine, creative or traditional, combines products of first quality in its different versions with a great dose of originality and a handful creative enthusiasm.

One of the great cooks of Spain, Ferran Adrià, internationally recognized, elaborates its creations in his restaurant El Bulli, in the Costa Brava, Girona, one and a half hours from Barcelona. Tasting its creations is a pleasure that one has to wait for, since table reserves are made months ahead and it is not rare to have to wait a year to be able to enjoy El Bulli.

However, lovers of gastronomy will be able to enjoy an excellent cuisine in some select restaurants of the city.
